VidaNyx and BetterCulture are partnering to help prosecution offices improve their ability to attract and retain talent.
As part of that initiative, we are inviting prosecution offices to participate in a special Employee Engagement Survey to evaluate their office culture and identify opportunities for growth.
This webpage has important information to help you decide whether to participate.

How to participate:
We are making the opportunity to participate as easy as possible. Complete these steps by March 1st to participate. The survey will run from March 6th to March 17th, 2023.

Execute your Survey Agreement via DocuSign.

Pay the $1,500 fee for your office to participate in this survey.

Email info@betterculture.com a list of email addresses for all employees who you want to invite to participate in the survey (an Excel or similar file). We suggest you provide your data file around March 1st to ensure it is an accurate, current listing when the survey launches on March 6th.
What participating offices can expect:

After completing the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email.

We will provide a draft of an email announcement that you can edit and be prepared to send to your employees to announce the survey. We recommend that you send that email announcement around March 1st, 2023.

As we approach the survey launch date of March 6th, we will provide you with information as to how to best prepare for the survey. In addition to written communication via email, we will host at least one meeting on Zoom to present information and answer any questions that you may have. (That Zoom session will also be recorded and made available if you cannot join live.)

On March 6th, your employees will receive an email with a unique link to complete their anonymous survey. It will take employees 5-10 minutes to complete our 49-question survey.

Employees who have not completed the survey will receive reminders while the survey is open, thereby encouraging a high level of participation before the survey closes at midnight CST on Friday, March 17th.

Once the survey closes, BetterCulture will build an individual Survey Report for each prosecution office.

A BetterCulture consultant will schedule a 30-minute Zoom meeting in early April with each participating office to review their Survey Report. During this meeting, we will be happy to answer questions and provide recommendations.

What is the cost to participate?
Thanks to VidaNyx, the cost of this survey is significantly discounted to $1,500 per office. Standard pricing for the BetterCulture Survey starts at $4,500 for small organizations and increases based on employee count.
Is my organization eligible to participate?
This opportunity is only being offered to prosecution offices. Offices of all sizes are welcome to participate. We hope to be able to offer this survey to every office that wants to participate, but if demand exceeds our capacity, we will work with offices on a first come first serve basis.

Can I see the survey questions?

Do you offer the capability to collect surveys completed by pen and paper?
No. To ensure anonymity and efficiency, we only offer the online option.
What do I need to do to enroll my office in this survey?
Simply fill out the registration form on this webpage, sign the Survey Agreement, and make payment on the $1,500 invoice.
What should I expect after I complete the registration form?
Immediately after submitting your registration, check your inbox (or SPAM folder if you don’t see it within 15 minutes). Your confirmation email will provide guidance on next steps. More information about what to expect is available above on this webpage under the “What participating offices can expect” heading.
What will be included in the Survey Report?
The report will show (a) your office results, (b) the average prosecution office scores to allow you to compare to your peers that participated, and (c) additional comparative data to let you see how your office culture stacks up to the average company.
You will be able to get a look at your culture across 14 key domains, making it easy to identify areas of strength as well as opportunities for growth.
How long will my employees have to complete this survey?
12 days (roughly two full business weeks). The survey will launch in the morning of Monday, March 6th. It will close at midnight on Friday, March 17th, 2023.
Can I customize any aspect of this survey to fit my unique needs?
No. This special survey opportunity does not allow for customization. If you would like to utilize our survey on different dates and/or customize the survey by adding questions that aren’t covered in our standard 49, please email us at info@betterculture.com. We would be happy to visit with you, but please know the cost would likely be in the range of $6,500-$12,500 if you want to use our survey outside of this special offer.
Will our results be kept confidential?
Yes, individual responses to the survey will be kept confidential. Average scores for participating offices will also be kept confidential by BetterCulture and VidaNyx, with individual office results only being shared with the respective offices. BetterCulture and VidaNyx will have the right to keep and use aggregate survey data in a manner that does not disclose individual office data.
